This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16044) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RELB, targeting the amino acid region 264–579 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RELB from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RELB, also named as Transcription factor RelB, is a 579 amino acid protein, which contains one RHD domain. RELB localizes in the nucleus and cytoplasm. RELB is a pleiotropic transcription factor which is present in almost all cell types and is involved in many biological processed such as inflammation, immunity, differentiation, cell growth, tumorigenesis and apoptosis.
DPABH-16044 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications.
DPABH-16044 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
