General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04798) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RELB, targeting the amino acid region 375–446 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RELB is one of the more unusual members of the NF-κB family, it is best known for its roles in lymphoid development, DC biology, and noncanonical signaling. RELB is capable of direct binding to the AhR that supports the xenobiotic-detoxifying pathway. RELB can regulate the circadian rhythm by directly binding to the BMAL partner of CLOCK.
DPABH-04798 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
