This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19299) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RBM38. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RBM38 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables mRNA 3'-UTR binding activity. Involved in several processes, including DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator; negative regulation of cell population proliferation; and regulation of gene expression. Located in cytosol and nucleus. DPABH-19299 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-19299 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
