This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27386) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RALB, targeting the amino acid region 11–206 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RAS-like proto-oncogene B (RALB) is a human gene located on chromosome 2p15.1 that encodes the protein Ras-related protein Ral-B, a member of the Ras family of small GTPases. Ral-B functions as a multifunctional molecular switch, cycling between GTP-bound (active) and GDP-bound (inactive) states to regulate diverse cellular processes, including gene expression, cytoskeletal organization, cell migration, proliferation, membrane trafficking, and autophagy.
DPABH-27386 is suitable for use in ELISA, IHC, Western blot (WB) applications.
DPABH-27386 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
