This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19758) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PSMA7. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PSMA7 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. PSMA7 (Proteasome Subunit Alpha Type-7) is a protein-coding gene that acts as a crucial subunit of the 20S proteasome core complex, essential for the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway that degrades intracellular proteins. It is frequently overexpressed in various cancers, including cervical, colorectal, and gastric cancers, promoting tumor progression.
DPABH-19758 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:100) applications.
DPABH-19758 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
