General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08334) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PSMA7, targeting the amino acid region 1–248 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PSMA7 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PSMA7(Proteasome subunit alpha type-7) is also named HSPC and belongs to the peptidase T1A family. It is an α-type subunit of the 20S proteasome core complex and participates in degrading proteins through the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway (UPP) which plays an important role in the regulation of cell proliferation or cell cycle control, transcriptional regulation, immune and stress response, cell differentiation, and apoptosis(PMID: 19442227).
DPABH-08334 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:3,000–1:15,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:200–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800), flow cytometry (FC) (0.25 μg per 10^6 cells in a 100 μl suspension) applications.
DPABH-08334 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
