This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14435) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PREX1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PREX1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Functions as a RAC guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF), which activates the Rac proteins by exchanging bound GDP for free GTP. Its activity is synergistically activated by phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate and the beta gamma subunits of heterotrimeric G protein. May function downstream of heterotrimeric G proteins in neutrophils. DPABH-14435 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-3000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-14435 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
