This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10991) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PFKP. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PFKP from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the phosphofructokinase A protein family. The encoded enzyme is the platelet-specific isoform of phosphofructokinase and plays a key role in glycolysis regulation. This gene may play a role in metabolic reprogramming in some cancers, including clear cell renal cell carcinomas, and cancer of the bladder, breast, and lung. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-10991 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:1000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-10991 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
