This product (Catalog No. DPABH-29102) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NSF. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NSF from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables PDZ domain binding activity and ionotropic glutamate receptor binding activity. Involved in intracellular protein transport; positive regulation of protein catabolic process; and positive regulation of receptor recycling. Located in Golgi apparatus; cytosol; and plasma membrane. Implicated in developmental and epileptic encephalopathy 96. DPABH-29102 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-29102 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
