General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28592) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human NR0B1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NR0B1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein that contains a DNA-binding domain. The encoded protein acts as a dominant-negative regulator of transcription which is mediated by the retinoic acid receptor. This protein also functions as an anti-testis gene by acting antagonistically to Sry. Mutations in this gene result in both X-linked congenital adrenal hypoplasia and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. DPABH-28592 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications. DPABH-28592 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
