General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26025) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MICU1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes an essential regulator of mitochondrial Ca2+ uptake under basal conditions. The encoded protein interacts with the mitochondrial calcium uniporter, a mitochondrial inner membrane Ca2+ channel, and is essential in preventing mitochondrial Ca2+ overload, which can cause excessive production of reactive oxygen species and cell stress. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described. DPABH-26025 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1: 25-100) applications. DPABH-26025 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
