This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21618) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human INO80. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with INO80 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a subunit of the chromatin remodeling complex, which is classified into subfamilies depending on sequence features apart from the conserved ATPase domain. This protein is the catalytic ATPase subunit of the INO80 chromatin remodeling complex, which is characterized by a DNA-binding domain. This protein is proposed to bind DNA and be recruited by the YY1 transcription factor to activate certain genes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-21618 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-21618 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
