This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18166) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GNAI2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GNAI2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is an alpha subunit of guanine nucleotide binding proteins (G proteins). The encoded protein contains the guanine nucleotide binding site and is involved in the hormonal regulation of adenylate cyclase. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-18166 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-18166 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
