This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18168) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GNAI2, targeting the amino acid region 21–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GNAI2 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is an alpha subunit of guanine nucleotide binding proteins (G proteins). The encoded protein contains the guanine nucleotide binding site and is involved in the hormonal regulation of adenylate cyclase. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-18168 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-18168 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
