This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28359) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GMPPB. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GMPPB from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is thought to encode a GDP-mannose pyrophosphorylase. The encoded protein catalyzes the conversion of mannose-1-phosphate and GTP to GDP-mannose, a reaction involved in the production of N-linked oligosaccharides. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described. DPABH-28359 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-28359 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
