General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12938) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GCLM, targeting the amino acid region 1–274 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human GCLM from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GCLM(Glutamate--cysteine ligase regulatory subunit) is also named as GLCLR and belongs to the aldo/keto reductase family. It catalyzes the first step of GSH synthesis and is involved in gamma-glutamyl cycle. GCLM is implicated in some forms of hemolytic anemia.
DPABH-12938 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:10,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:400–1:1,600), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (0.25 μg per 10^6 cells in a 100 μl suspension) applications.
DPABH-12938 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
