This product (Catalog No. DPABH-29168) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PPP1R15A, targeting the amino acid region 115–211 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PPP1R15A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PPP1R15A (Protein Phosphatase 1 Regulatory Subunit 15A), also known as GADD34, is a stress-inducible protein that plays a crucial role in the integrated stress response (ISR) by dephosphorylating eIF2α. It promotes protein synthesis recovery following endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, acts as a regulator in apoptosis, and has been implicated in tumor progression and various diseases.
DPABH-29168 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-29168 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
