This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27160) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EXOSC3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a non-catalytic component of the human exosome, a complex with 3'-5' exoribonuclease activity that plays a role in numerous RNA processing and degradation activities. Related pseudogenes of this gene are found on chromosome 19 and 21. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described. DPABH-27160 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1: 25-100) application. DPABH-27160 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
