General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17180) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EDEM3, targeting the amino acid region 1–80 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human EDEM3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Involved in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD). Accelerates the glycoprotein ERAD by proteasomes. This process depends on mannose-trimming from the N-glycans. Seems to have alpha 1,2-mannosidase activity.
DPABH-17180 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-17180 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
