This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01376) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against mouse CD28, targeting the amino acid region 1–120 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CD28 from rat, human, chicken, dog, pig, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables protein kinase binding activity. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including positive regulation of immune response; positive regulation of macromolecule biosynthetic process; and regulation of lymphocyte activation. Located in external side of plasma membrane and immunological synapse. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in immunodeficiency 123; multiple sclerosis; and type 1 diabetes mellitus. Orthologous to human CD28 (CD28 molecule).
DPABH-01376 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test) applications.
DPABH-01376 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
