CD28 is the receptor for CD80 (B7.1) and CD86 (B7.2). Clone DD320 has been shown to be able to stimulate bovine T lymphocytes in combination with anti-bovine CD3. For functional studies it is recommended to use the low endotoxin and preservative free format of this antibody.
