General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05053) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human C1S. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a serine protease, which is a major constituent of the human complement subcomponent C1. C1s associates with two other complement components C1r and C1q in order to yield the first component of the serum complement system. Defects in this gene are the cause of selective C1s deficiency.
DPABH-05053 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:100) applications.
DPABH-05053 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
