IHC: A 1:1,000 dilution from a representative lot immunostained smooth muscle cells in human uterus tissue sections. IP: 10 μg from a representative lot immunoprecipitated smooth muscle alpha-Actin from 500 μg of C2C12 mouse myoblast lysate. WB: 0.25 μg/mL of this antibody detected smooth muscle alpha-Actin in 10 μg of C2C12 mouse myoblast lysate.
