General Notes
This product is a polyclonal antiserum against Vesicular Stomatitis Virus (VSV). Vesicular Stomatitis Virus (VSV) is a negative-strand RNA virus belonging to the Rhabdoviridae family. The virus is used as a model in virology research due to its well-characterized genome and ability to infect a wide range of mammalian cells. VSV is also explored in vaccine development and as a viral vector in gene therapy, where it is engineered to deliver therapeutic genes.
