Data Examples

Western blot analysis of Phospho-AS160 pThr642 in whole cell extract (80ug per lane) from HeLa cells (serum-starved) treated with IGF1 (150 ng/mL, 15 min) using a Phospho-AS160 pThr642 recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody at a dilution of 2.5 µg/mL. Detection was performed using an HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:5000 followed by chemiluminescence (ECL). Results show a band at ~160kDa.
