Application Notes
ELISA, FuncS, SPR Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
Studies have shown that mAb1 has an enhanced capacity of displacing human antibodies from SpA as compared to mAb2 and mAb3, enhancing its opsonization and promoting phagocytosis. mAb4 completely lost its ability to induce phagocytosis in the presence of interfering human antibodies.
