This rat monoclonal antibody (clone 4C11) specifically detects human Dcaf5 and is validated for WB (recommended dilution 1:4000). It is of the IgG2b isotype and cross‑reacts with mouse Dcaf5 (100% antigen sequence identity). It is useful for studying CUL4–DDB1 E3 ligase substrate recognition.
