This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14689) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DCAF5. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. DCAF5 (DDB1- and CUL4-associated factor 5) is a substrate receptor for the CRL4 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that plays a critical role in protein degradation and quality control. Recent research highlights its potential as a therapeutic target for treating cancers driven by SMARCB1 loss, such as rhabdoid tumors, by preventing the degradation of mutated SWI/SNF complexes. DPABH-14689 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-14689 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
