Suitable for use in WB, IHC-P, IF-Tissue. WB: 1:500-1:2,000; IHC-P: 1:100-1:500; IF-Tissue: 1:100-1:500. Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Rabbit Anti-Mouse SEMA3A (22-120) polyclonal antibody (Cat. No. CABT-L3318W) is a research antibody reagent targeting SEMA3A (22-120). This antibody is suitable for WB, IHC-P, IF-Tissue. WB: 1:500-1:2,000; IHC-P: 1:100-1:500; IF-Tissue: 1:100-1:500. Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally. The product is supplied as an IgG antibody in liquid format at a lot-specific concentration. The antibody is protein a affinity purified. It is formulated in 0.01 M TBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 50% glycerol. Store at -20°C for up to one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
