Suitable for use in Cytometric bead array, Indirect ELISA. Detection antibody in validated SEMA3A matched antibody pairs. CABT-L3320W is validated as the detection antibody with capture antibody CABT-L3319W in cytometric bead array formats. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
