Immunogen
A synthesized peptide derived from human ZNRF2, amino acids 161–210.
Applications
Application Notes
Suitable for use in IHC-P, IF, ELISA.
In IF analysis of A549 cells, staining was blocked with the synthesized peptide.
Recommended dilution: IHC-P (1:100–1:300), IF (1:200–1:1,000), ELISA (1:20,000); For IHC-P, the antibody was diluted 1:200 and incubated overnight at 4°C; Tris-EDTA, pH 9.0, was used for antigen retrieval, and the secondary antibody was diluted 1:200 and incubated for 45 min at room temperature.
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human ZNRF2(161-210) polyclonal antibody (product code CABT-L1922W) was generated against a human ZNRF2 peptide corresponding to amino acids 161-210. ZNRF2 is a RING-type E3 ubiquitin ligase involved in protein ubiquitination, neuronal signaling, membrane-protein regulation, and amino-acid-dependent mTORC1 signaling.
The antibody is suitable for immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue, immunofluorescence, and ELISA. Recommended dilutions are 1:100-1:300 for IHC-P, 1:200-1:1,000 for IF, and 1:20,000 for ELISA.
CABT-L1922W is a rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody purified by epitope-specific antigen affinity chromatography and supplied as 100 μg in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20°C for up to 1 year and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles; the product is shipped on wet ice.
