This product (Catalog No. CPBT-45799RH) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human SAP30, targeting the amino acid region 121–220 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SAP30 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, cow, horse, rabbit, guineapig, cat, and spider monkey. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Histone acetylation plays a key role in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression. Histone acetylation and deacetylation are catalyzed by multisubunit complexes. The protein encoded by this gene is a component of the histone deacetylase complex, which includes SIN3, SAP18, HDAC1, HDAC2, RbAp46, RbAp48, and other polypeptides. This complex is active in deacetylating core histone octamers, but inactive in deacetylating nucleosomal histones. A pseudogene of this gene is located on chromosome 3.
CPBT-45799RH is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CPBT-45799RH is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
