Application Notes
Suitable for use in WB, IHC, IF/ICC, ELISA. WB 1:2,000-1:10,000; IHC 1:50-1:500; IF/ICC 1:200-1:800. For IHC, antigen retrieval with TE buffer pH 9.0 is suggested; citrate buffer pH 6.0 may also be used. CYP2E1 was detected at 50-57 kDa as full-length protein and at approximately 40 kDa after N-terminal signal-peptide cleavage. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Stable for one year after shipment. Aliquoting is unnecessary for -20°C storage.
