The Rabbit Anti-Human CCR8 polyclonal antibody (product code CABT-L1954W) is a rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody directed against human CCR8. CCR8 is a seven-transmembrane chemokine receptor that mediates chemokine-dependent migration and signaling in selected immune-cell populations and is widely studied in immune trafficking, inflammation, and tumor immunology. This antibody is suitable for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P). Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC-P; the supplied validation information includes human lymphoma lysates and paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue. CABT-L1954W is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 40% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide. It is available in 50 μL and 100 μL sizes, shipped on wet ice, and should be stored at 4°C for short-term use or aliquoted and stored at −20°C for long-term preservation while avoiding freeze-thaw cycles.
