Application Notes

The binding reactivity of this antibody towards Dxd-KLH and Dxd-BSA conjugates was determined using ELISA. This antibody is capable of binding antibody-drug conjugates ADC-DS8201 in a competitive ELISA, wherein the antibody was trastuzumab. The binding affinity of this antibody towards Dxd-BSA was determined using surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and it was reported to be Kd= 3.38nM

General Notes

This product is validated for use in ELISA applications. The binding reactivity of this antibody toward DXD-KLH and DXD-BSA conjugates has been determined by ELISA. The antibody is capable of recognizing DXD-containing antibody-drug conjugates in competitive ELISA formats, including ADC-8201-related applications. The binding affinity toward DXD-BSA was characterized by surface plasmon resonance (SPR), with a reported affinity of Kd = 3.38 nM (ka = 2.18 × 10⁵ M⁻¹s⁻¹, kd = 7.36 × 10⁻⁴ s⁻¹). This antibody specifically reacts with ADC-8201 and shows no reaction with ADC029.
