F11.2.32 was prepared by generating a hybridoma cell line in which myeloma cells were fused with splenocytes derived from BALB/c mice immunized with HIV-1 PR in the presence of Freund's adjuvant.

General Notes

The Hi-Puri™ Human Anti-HIV-1 Protease Monoclonal antibody (clone F11.2.32, product code DMAB-CPDB017)is a monoclonal antibody specifically directed against HIV-1 Protease.
This product is validated for use in ELISA, Neut. F11.2.32 Fab binds to HIV-1 PR with a dissociation constant of 5 nM (determined by SPR at pH5.2) at an epitope consisting of MSLPGRWKPKM (aa 36-46).
DMAB-CPDB017 is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. It is available in multiple sizes, including 100 μg, 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg. For long-term storage, the product should be stored at −20°C and repeated freeze–thaw cycles should be avoided. The product is shipped on dry ice. This product is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.
