The Hi-Puri™ Human Anti Borreliella burgdorferi OspC monoclonal antibody, clone B5 (IgG) (product code CABT-L1932W) is a human IgG-format monoclonal antibody based on clone B5 and directed against Borreliella burgdorferi OspC. OspC is a surface lipoprotein expressed during tick-to-host transmission and early mammalian infection, and clone B5 recognizes a conformational epitope spanning the OspC type A homodimer interface. Clone B5 has been characterized by ELISA and biolayer interferometry, and the published chimeric human IgG1 format was used in dot blot and flow cytometry. CABT-L1932W is offered in 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg package sizes.
