General Notes
The Bovine CCL4 polyclonal antibody is unlabeled and has been qualified for use in ELISA (Cap), ELISpot, FC, Neut, WB applications. It is the capture antibody in the Bovine CCL4 ELISA. The Bovine CCL4 polyclonal antibody was produced in Goat and is antigen-affinity purified. In cross-reactivity testing (ELISA) this antibody shows strong reactivity to canine, rabbit, rat and swine CCL4; moderate reactivity to equine and human CCL4; weak reactivity to dolphin CCL4; and no reactivity to chicken or mouse CCL4. It is commonly used for ELISA, ELISpot, flow cytometry, neutralization, and Western blot applications (users should validate and optimize conditions for each application). The product is made in the USA, supplied for research applications only, and is not intended for medicinal, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
