Animals were immunized with thymocytes from dd miniature swine. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody is cytotoxic for all dd haplotype macrophages. The antibody cross-reacts with and shows variable cytotoxic activity against other peripheral blood leukocyte populations. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox).
