This product (Catalog No. DPATB-H83091) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against v. cholerae V. cholerae Toxin, targeting the amino acid region 51–124 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The bacterial protein toxin of Vibrio cholerae, cholera toxin, is a major agent involved in severe diarrhoeal disease. Cholera toxin is a member of the AB toxin family and is composed of a catalytically active heterodimeric A-subunit linked with a homopentameric B-subunit. DPATB-H83091 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications. DPATB-H83091 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
