General Notes
The G2D12 antibody specifically is a high-affinity, highly specific TCR-like antibody that selectively recognizes the HLA-A2/G9-154 complex. It does not bind to HLA-A2 complexes presenting other peptides (e.g., other gp100-derived peptides G9209, G9280, or MUC1-derived peptide, viral TAX peptide, etc.). It is suitable for both in vitro assays, such as ELISA, and cell-surface marker detection via flow cytometry. G2D12 holds significant value for cancer immunotherapy research and potential therapeutic applications, including targeted delivery.
