General Notes
1A11 is a human-derived TCR-like antibody that specifically recognizes the gp100 peptide–HLA-A2 complex. It binds exclusively to the assembled peptide–MHC conformation, exhibiting strict MHC restriction and high peptide specificity. Owing to these properties, 1A11 can be employed as a blocking antibody in studies of tumor antigen presentation, as well as in detection and engineered targeting applications
