Clone SFB820 recognizes the human and mouse paired box protein PAX-3 antigen, a member of the paired box (PAX) gene family whose protein products are transcription factors involved in development. The antibody is suited for staining of formaldehyde-fixed cells and the recommended dilution is 1:50. Clone SFB820 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
