This antibody binds specifically to free natalizumab.It can be used as a calibrator in ADA assay. Natalizumab (Tysabri) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody produced.It is approved for the treatment of multiple sclerosis and Crohn's disease. The drug works by binding to the alpha-4 integrin on leukocytes, preventing their migration into inflamed tissues and reducing inflammation.
