We recommend the following antibody pair to develop a pharmacokinetic (PK) bridging assay to measure free drug: CABT-ZB1173 - CABT-ZB1174 / CABT-ZB1175 CABT-ZB1175 is recommended for use as a detection antibody when paired with CABT-ZB1173. Natalizumab (Tysabri) is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody produced.It is approved for the treatment of multiple sclerosis and Crohn's disease. The drug works by binding to the alpha-4 integrin on leukocytes, preventing their migration into inflamed tissues and reducing inflammation.
