General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT1055) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against mouse Mouse CD45. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CD45, also known as protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor type C, is a type I transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of all haematopoietic cells with the exception of erythrocytes and platelets. CD45 is a pan-haematopoietic cell marker and has been shown to be essential for T- and B-cell activation and signalling. DMAB-CPT1055 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT1055 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
