General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT736) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against mouse Mouse ANGPTL3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANGPTL3 belongs to the angiopoietin-like protein family. ANGPTL3 is mainly synthesized by liver cells and is notably expressed in kidney podocytes. Accumulating evidences have revealed that ANGPTL3 plays a critical role in both biological processes, such as lipid metabolism, angiogenesis and haematopoietic function and pathological changes, including atherosclerosis, carcinogenesis, nephrotic syndrome, diabetes, liver diseases and so on. Thus, ANGPTL3 may serve as a potential biomarker in these diseases.
DMAB-CPT736 is suitable for use in Sandwich ELISA (31.25-2000 pg/mL) application.
DMAB-CPT736 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
