This product (Catalog No. DPABH-07275) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ANGPTL3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ANGPTL3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ANGPTL3 belongs to the angiopoietin-like protein family. ANGPTL3 is mainly synthesized by liver cells and is notably expressed in kidney podocytes. Accumulating evidences have revealed that ANGPTL3 plays a critical role in both biological processes, such as lipid metabolism, angiogenesis and haematopoietic function and pathological changes, including atherosclerosis, carcinogenesis, nephrotic syndrome, diabetes, liver diseases and so on. Thus, ANGPTL3 may serve as a potential biomarker in these diseases.
DPABH-07275 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000) application.
DPABH-07275 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
