General Notes
Clone SFB568 recognizes the mouse Peyer's patch adhesion molecule 1 (LPAM-1) antigen, a heterodimeric glycoprotein receptor, which is also known as α4β7 integrin. The recommended dilution of the antibody for staining is 1:50. Cells should be stained prior to fixation, if formaldehyde is used as a fixative. Clone SFB568 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
