Clone SFB420 recognizes the interferon regulatory factor 7 (IRF-7) phosphorylated at serines 477 and 479 (pS477/pS479). The antibody is suited for staining of formaldehyde-fixed cells and the recommended dilution is 1:11. Clone SFB420 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
